Three Forklift Filters Including Forklift Air Filter Element for Maintenance
In the regular maintenance of the forklift, three filters need to be replaced, which are forklift air filter element (also known as forklift air filter cartridge), forklift oil filter and the forklift fuel filter (includes diesel filters and gasoline filters). These three filters respectively filter the media in the air intake system, engine's lubrication system, combustion system.

1. Forklift air filter element. It is mainly installed in the air intake system of the forklift engine. Its main function is to filter the dust and some harmful impurities in the air, let clean air enter the cylinder, and reduce the early wear of the cylinder, piston, piston ring, valve and valve seat of forklift engine.
2. Forklift oil filter. Its role is to filter out metal abrasive debris, colloids and other impurities in the engine oil, keep the lubricant clean, extend the service life of the lubricant, and ensure the function of the forklift engine.
3．Forklift fuel filter includes diesel filter, gasoline filter and natural gas filter to the different fuels of forklift internal combustion engines. The fuel filter cartridge filters impurities in the fuel and is generally installed at the front end of the fuel injection pump or carburetor. Forklift fuel filter must be replaced when you do the regular maintenance.
